This Deck is a low level deck designed for wheel chair & walker access

I also designed this deck to match the farm it was put on in Petaluma

and since it was below 30" I was able to use a farm fence style railing.

I used nice wide treads with low rises on the stairs for easier access as well as ramps.

The widths are all more than 3 feet with minimum 5 foot turn arounds for wheelchairs

The main entry is without a ramp but can be converted and is wide enough for a walker & has a grip
